Screening for Plagiarism
BILANCIA: Jurnal Studi Ilmu Syariah dan Hukum, strongly opposes plagiarism. Plagiarism is defined as the practice of using another author’s words, sentences, or ideas, and pretending that as one’s own original work.
Authors must write the original work completely, and if the author used others’ words or works, they must be quoted appropriately. Any ideas or words taken verbatim from other sources need to be clearly identified as different from the original text by (1) indentation, (2) use of quotation marks, and (3) identification of the source.
Before the author submits the script to Bilancia Journal, the author must have a plagiarism check. Bilancia Journal recommends the use of Turnitin, Scanner from http://turnitin.com/. We strongly recommend that the author read the instructions for using this plagiarism detector.
Bilancia Journal has the right to reject and withdraw the paper contains plagiarism.
